Light weight chairs with pockets |

Ive been using my nash bum buddy and it was ok the only problem was that it just isnt comfortable but i love that fact that its really light weight and it has the pockets on it. Is there any other seats with a frame which is light and has pockets?
thanks Phil |

Think the Nash Nomad is one if not the only one with a pocket. Also has a strap for carrying and many recommend it highly. If it wasn't for the fact my old JRC chair is still going strong i'd probably have one myself. They look a great bit of kit.

It is only a small pocket, not a huge use, but the chair itself has velcro straps to keep it closed during transit so in effect the chair its self becomes a carrying device of sorts. Does that make any sense?
I got mine recently and it truly is a great bit of kit. DZ |

I would definately be interest in the Nash Nomad as I tend to like the wandering approach.
Where is the best place to buy one at good price? Thanks Gavin |

I've got an old JRC Classic chair, I think they now call it the "Terry Hearn". Anyway it's lighter than most of it's competitors, which is why I bought it, and when carried by hand there is a large "pocket" behind the back support which easily holds my scales, camera, water bottle and towel......and I can also fit in a gore-tex cagoule if I think it necessary. Worth considering.

The Chub Rover has 2 pockets, one large zipped, and a mesh pocket as well, the problem is that is is very low to the ground, I took the cover off the frame, fitted it to an aluminium lightweight picnic chair,(replacing the Gaudy material,) one or two minor adjustments, and now I have a well padded seat, the right height, with pockets, and about 1lb lighter than anything else available.
