No probs andy and thanks for the link. Unfortunately, it didn't work. I just get stuck on the welcome screen. Funnily enough, my computer seems to slow right down whilst it's on there.
There's a thread in the tech help section about various settings to be checked, but none of them are awry on my pc. Obviously the problem is at my end, but can anyone shed some light on what it could be? |

are you using "aol" i know that i sometimes have probs getting in and when i do it will not let me into the pay screen

If you are using AOl, simply minimise their page and open a normal internet brower, ie dont use the AOL internet browser. AOL uses multiple ip addresses so can screw things up.
