Does anyone have any tips or general info on backleading as I'd like to give it a go. All the best Pete

My own view is that all methods are good if used in the right situation, with one method rarely being good for all conditions or swims. Well worth lots of experimenting with when needed, as I think that it is an area that lends it's self to more innovation. Tight lines Liam "Wisdom is the knowledge of how little we know".

I've had a trawl through the archives and found a few very interesting articles. One thing that has occured to me though is why cant you just fish a running leger with say a 3.5' trace ? A lighter bullet in front of the main lead, with a double stop arrangement, might also be worth experimenting with in some circumstances. ............Liam "Wisdom is the knowledge of how little we know".
