It has dealt with everything thrown at it and it thrown at admirably. I know there are a few of you out there looking for a landing net handle so this could be the answer for you. I'll do a full review during the Closed Season when I have had a chance to abuse it some more. How's yours doing Bob ? Cheers Andy

Being mine it doesn't get a great deal of use but it's certainly a robust piece of kit, I trod on mine twice last year with no ill effects and I'm no lightweight. Only disadvantage I've identified is that it is a little heavy, but you can't have everything. Ian

Showed Trefor a month or so ago and he reckoned mine was too light - but that was with him pressing it down on the car park tarmac at the full 13'. I've still managed to land a 12lb pike from a very high bank using it. Saw his and very impressed (Paddy bought one), but as Ian says a bit heavy. If I hadn't of made up my three piece telescopic I would have bought a Trefor one. I've also been using a cut down triangular head (32") (Gold Label) and have seen the value for money ABU new specimen one. Back to my spoon when winter cometh. Cheers Bob
