Water was a tropical 45.9F. Didn't fall in this time either! I'm going to have to take Nick down there seeing as his fishing buddy's deserted him. Cheers, Ed. Nick, how many rods have you bought now? Neil, I hope you bag something before my return, how many are you on now? Ed, two more! Well done, that place is lovely, only problem is you may as well subscribe to the Ramblers Association in view of the walk down there and I though Wolvercote was a hike on the Thames..... John - We'll get something penned in the final week of the season. I say final week as I have to stay out here all that time. I am not but when I think I have made up my mind someone shows me something else! I have DEFINATELY made a decision now and am sticking with it, phone me for further info. The rod I took delivery of this week was for trotting, not specifically a Barbel rod. The other three are but once bought thats it! In case Eds worried its two and two, Avons and quivers! Nick

If it's the same one I think it is, it's a blinder mate. Well, I walked across the top of the Sydney Harbour Bridge today, just awesome fellas, but so good wearing a zip up suit with harnesses in 30 degrees. Nick, that dodgy experience we had down the Kennet on New Years Day, well something else happened on the same par today. Thought I'd hang out with the dudes on Bondi this afternoon on the waves, until a big tube grabbed me, dragged me under, then spat me out another 50yds down the beach Anyway, is anybody catching in frosty Blighty? Be good Ian PS John, me a caddy?

Baramundi with Mr Pope sounds good!!!! Not been out this week. As usual weather forecasters have cocked it up. It has been milder than it should have in the last couple of days so those that are getting out seem to be catching. Shame can't get out myself. Hey ho.
