I am trying to find info abou barbel fishing on the Soar, the natural river from Barrow upon Soar to downstream if Loughborough. The areas I am thinkoing of include the Osiers just outside Barrow, Bonsers, the Abbey, Arches and Little meadow. If any one can give me any info on size of fish, quantity and location I would be eternally grateful.
