Hi all,
Time for a little bit of light refreshment me thinks!
We must all have an instance in our fishing experiences that we regret.
One I can think of happened quite recently which I posted on the Wye thread. It was as I drove down the forestry track one morning when a large bird of prey was flying along in front of me,the bird kept at an equal distance from me swooping and veering along,at a point the bird suddenly veered right, over the trees and across the river,my only thoughts where that it had been a lovely sight.I related the occurence to my missus on returning home and she said that it was an animal spirit directing me to an area to fish and that I should have stopped the car and checked where it had flown to.
I travel the same path every weekend and for the life of me cannot remember where the bird had flown off to the right, every time that I go along this path I look out for the bird with no luck.To this day I regret that I did not have the foresight to see this the way the missus did.
I will continue to look out for this so called potential, guidence but till then will have to live with it, never knowing what could have been.
Cheers
