I'm still thinking about what we should do to stop all the old posts gradually disappearing off the bottom of the board.
Unfortunately, it's not possible to duplicate a forum, this would solve the problem as I could archive every couple of months or so.
The best suggestion I have so far is to move old messages from pages 20-10 into a backup forum. I could then lock that forum so the messages are kept forever!
The next time we reach 20 pages, I do the same again into another back-up forum.
What do we think?
