How appropriate the Mole thread has been started by a Bailiff.
No joined yet but will do when I get back from the Severn next week. Easy, I wouldn't say it was easy, what I would say is you can set your clock by it, ie, fish late on and you should catch but then you have to dodge those Bailiffs.  Good luck to you all, anyone who's new to the river, don't walk to far in the first few weeks. |

yep the brixton hemp is good I get the impression some of you may view my posts with suspicion, fear not - i mean no harm and you'll most definately not be getting any abusive rude threats from me its not my thang man If the threads degenerate to what they seem to have done in the past b4 then i'll be off - I'd rather be fishing than wasting my time. Come on guys give me a chance b4 you write me off, I'm a new poster - no wonder this thread has its problems As i said before anyone got any tips on fishing the mole. Is hemp any good on the mole then? Do those barbs lurve the weed? All our times have come Here but now they're gone Seasons don't fear the reaper Nor should you  |

Nothing personal at all - just asked a question that came to mind - you answered - job done Mmmm - tips - depends where you're fishing I suppose - but then I'm not the one to ask as last season all I had up my rod was chub and pike and crays- some very large ones of each at that. Personally I've found its best to keep it simple and all usual baits will catch - corn, pellet, worm, meat, paste etc. Some of us may be going a little retro this season and fishing olde stylee with meat or whatever over hemp. Backleading or just a very slack line can be useful when the water is clear. But first and foremost - find the fish Roger |
