John Mc. and I were busy with a work party on upper stour last night so I suspect John went home and straight to bed...................He undoubtedly will be along soon though.

My Avon
Theres a river that flows, wild and free, I look into the clear waters and I can see, Barbel are swimming majestically, with Ranunculus swaying in harmony. In my river that flows, wild and free. Darren, 2007  .........enjoy the magic that makes it a very special place...........and leave as you find........or I'll send the boyz round......

Cracking photo Darren!
Damian...I need that one for a screen saver....makes me smile every time! Now...a proper post... Had a look over a couple of bridges on Saturday afternoon and tonite...quite a few large fish shoaled up and actively spawning. A couple of real lumps as well. Bodes well for this season...although they will no doubt drift back in obscurity come midnight Friday! Tight Lines all Huw |
