River update courtesy of Robin Bowes river watch . Ouse at Linton Locks this morning approx 8 foot + NSL and rising , sounds like fun .
Tight lines to one and all , don't forget your ropes and dog spikes , be careful out there ! |

The river was fishable yesterday, if you know where to head for. Also, if everyone waits until "mid-week" then I won't be complaining

Managed to get on to the Ouse yesterday evening for a couple of hours .River 5-6 foot up and falling quickly , good colour still a fair bit of debris coming down , water temp 59f , banks VERY slippy -beware . 2 barbel 9lb and 6lb , big girl looked a certain double in the net but the rueben heatons never lie ! Great to get back on the Ouse and something of a result so early in the season , June floods , yes please !
