Posts: 931 (24/06/07 07:22) Reply Quote More My Recent Posts Message Me Connection Blocking Invite Ignore User's Posts	Tags : None hello if you are reading this i had a bad day yesterday, bought a fladen 360 camo carp rod 1.5 tc so had to test it see how it performed and was extremly gutted as i went to land a chub and the top section snapped like a match ,fortunatly i returned to the tackle shop with the rod and got a full refund but the real question is are wychwood rogue barbel rods any cop and are they good value as ive ordered one with 2lb tc ??? ps i recomend not to buy fladen carp rods very poor qaulity i thought but thats just my opinion.and if a chub could smash it a carp would total it

This too is a good rod although it locks up a bit early for my liking. I have had barbel over 12lb on both rods with no problem at all. So i see no reason why the rouges would be any different. Posts: 931 (24/06/07 08:51) Reply Quote More My Recent Posts Message Me Connection Blocking Invite Ignore User's Posts	thanks for the info hugh i did have 2 tfgear barbel rods which i sold on. i swear they were good rods river pit 1.5 tc pulled any fish ive caught also the whisperer 1.75 tc these were the first barbel rods ive owned only in my fourth year fishing but ive heard good reports about wychwood rods so im giving them a try anyone else rate these wychwood rogue barbel rods???

I've landed carp well into double figures on them no bother, and at no time did I ever feel like i was undergunned. Good rods at a good price, they should land just about any barbel that swims!
