Cracking fish.
Some result that is from a river as big as the trent. unlike the smaller rivers where you get to see your quarry. You never know whats in front of you on the trent. |

Cracking fish, just goes to show the potential of some of the other rivers in the country.
Well done that man!!!!!! I'll be coming down from the North east this comming season that's for sure. |

Thanks all for the comments on my capture of the Trent record, much appreciated. I hope to see a few of you who know this stretch at the river next season, as it is not regularly fished by many, and i believe has untapped potential. |

I have not posted for a few years. Everyday I cross the trent on the way to work and noticed the river up for a few days in mild weather-thoughts of barbel, so logged on to see if anyone successful.
I must add my sincere congratulations to Stuart on his capture. Angler of the year in my view. |
