They will as so be great for keeping you worm and dry in the winter months and getting in to the weedy swims Next Summer,(Still a lot on the Hampshire Avon now). I would like to hear from anyone on there points of Veiw on this Matter. Tight lines to All

Light wieght & durable. Not great support around the ankle but still for the price good stuff. Worth a look at. The Snowbee Neoprene range looked good buy starting at RRP £95. Posts: 2325 (27/09/06 15:45) Reply Quote More My Recent Posts Message Me Connection Blocking Invite Ignore User's Posts	As the owner and user (gamefishing) of three pairs of neoprenes (and past owner of rather more, some of them in the small-mortgage department vis-a-vis price), I can give a thumbs up to the Snowbee neoprenes. Good, durable waders. Just don't wear them in high summer though, unless you need to lose a stone or two. Breathables are the thing for summer, and the choice is mind-boggling (and so can be the price ... £300 for the admittedly excellent, American, Simms brand). Don't go for cheapo breathables - they'll leak from the off, or very soon afterwards. They hate barbed wire, of course, too. PS - Orvis sell excellent neoprenes and breathables, too. Excellent after-sales service if you run into trouble with one of their products.

I bought a pair of Diawa chesties in neoprene and to be honest I only wear them when I absolutey have to. (think sauna or Turkish bath). I wore 'em in July and nearly passed out, but they do have felt soles which I was told was what you needed for grip whilst wading. Is this true? Phil

I use a cheap pair of shakespeare waders and ive had to problems other than the knee pads are half way down my shins so kneeing down is uncormtable but bareable.

I ruined a mobile phone on a summers evening when it became sodden in my trouser pocket underneath the breathable waders! One option is to wear additional thermals under the breathables in winter... Felt soles are allegedly good for river beds/gravle - but not so much fun on muddy banks I can tell you - think keystone cops! I screwed in some cleats to asisst with grippage. regards Paul.
