Anyone know all the tidal stretches on the Trent that are on a day ticket so I can narrow down my search?

just for once i will agree with mr joyce try collingham on the tidal best place to get your footing the tidal can be a daunting experience as for where to look on google earth put in collingham and find the weir its stands out a mile this is the last point effected by the tide and the start of tidal trent fishing it runs down to hull and i believe gainsborough is the last area you catch barbel but i could be wrong collingham is famous for its barbel fishing some areas are busy but it produces in most areas |

if you goto collingham but want to keep away from the cromwell ratz and the general Mellay at the wier end there ,half way down carlton ferry lane ,the lane
that leads too the lower and bottom collingham Ac stretches is a 1/two field ,£2.50/£5 day/night ticket (or something like that) stretch theres a sign on the
farm gate .sorry don't remember number or name of fishery but its next too the mid section turn off.operste the gravel pits on the r/h side of the lane.
might be worth checking out !

You will see a sign on a white gate that says Trent Meadows. It is a good stretch of about 400 yards, but gets hammered to hell. Most of the Collingham water
is a waste of time to fish during daylight hours. I always find it fishes best at high tide, although you will find any number of people who will tell you
differently. The truth is that there are a few swims that only fish well at high tide and others that fish better at the bottom of the tide. Most people seem
to prefer it when it starts to run off, but I can only say that is against my personal experience. If you get a high tide just before midnight then you're
on a roll... in my experience.

Is there money to be made from videos filmed at Collingham? I have a few going back 15 years with some big fish on. Few burps and trumps on them though, so
might not pass the censor.
