Feeders |

Hi all living up here in the deepest north east we unfortunatley do not have the tackle shops that carry the vast ranges of tackle that the southern shops do.
Internet is great but the P&P is getting ridiculous. I recently though stumbled on some great feeders they are the drennan camouflage feeder bombs they
were in a spotty green colour or a spotty sand colour. Whilst being slightly more expensive than my normal Kamasan blacks I have found them a very good feeder
reasonably easy to fill and with decent sized holes. Anyone out there use anything better or different, I would also like to know does anyone make a
camouflaged cage feeder ?

Hi gazza,
Do you use the feeeder bombs for micro pelles or just maggots. Rich It's funny how we don't sell guns but Toronto bangs! |

Currently hemp & caster, have not tried pellets in them yet, I would imagine that you would have to use micrro pellets or open up the holes.

I'd use micro pellets as I have totaled feeders before making the holes bigger the plastic is just too soft thses days yet some older one's I got from
a boot sale were fine.
Have you tryed the fox feeders they come in army green or karki brown. Rich It's funny how we don't sell guns but Toronto bangs! |

8oz feeders you must be using a spod rod !!!! As well as the drennan I spoke of I think the kamasan blacks are superb as well, one small thing I have noticed
with the drennans is that if you pack them to tight the holes in the wieghted bottom can get clogged but other than this they seem spot on. I am on the look
out for some fox feeders and I think e-bay might get a go.

I have found the Fox one's too light for any sort of pass but they are good bit's of kit and nearly indestructible.
