I am jealous mate, I'd love to join you up there for opening,
I am trying to wangle the 16th & 17th off work to go fishing. Not definate yet, but otherwise I'll have to wait untill Sunday 22nd June and I don't want to miss the whole first week of the new season! I am working every Saturday now so its a Sunday session or an evening session. I'll speak to you soon. Luke |

Hoping to have another cracking season this time round
had loads last season with 26 doubles to 14lb 4oz found them in the most unlikely of places in the most unlikely of conditions |

there were 10 rods in the brook/stream pool today
the rest of the river was remarkably quiet conds were a bit gash tho, very low and clear cometh the rain cometh the boris LOL |

the river is falling fast but there's loads of debris (weed, leaves, twigs, branches, car tyres - the usual) and its chocolate coloured, water temp 13.

fished last night for three hours no borris but two nice chub touching just under four pounds |
