Very strong rumor doing the rounds that young Jon Berry and a sixty year old angler by the name of Yates, were involved in the pitch invasion yesterday at
St.Marys after there last day escape
Tis true, Punky...i have a photo of Yates to prove it...tis also true that someone yelled 'nice top mush' at me, referring (I assume) to my fetching bfw fleece (well, it can get a bit nippy down on the coast). - Jon

Who would of thought after the Carling Cup fiasco that the Mighty Blues would be competing for the seasons two major trophies. Well done Avram, best football
they have played for a couple of years. Talk about hitting top form at the right time, superb
Come on Wigan! |

Shame your lot could only draw against Wigan the other week Dave, or you'd have had it in the bag now! Mind you Wigan could yet cause another upset after
denting Villa's European ambitions yesterday. Somehow though I don't see Steve Bruce being happy about scuppering old Red Nose, do you?

Would rather your lot won it than manure. However I am still fuming about the penalty at Anfield by that cheating $#%% Malouda. So I suppose you or manure
winning it is like having to choose between being covered in puke or snot, really.

you lot make me laugh. If some results hadn't gone this way and that this and that would of been different- well yes it would
I could easily say if we hadn't lost against bolton and west ham, and drew at middlesborough and blackburn, which are all games that should be won, we would of had it in the bag a month ago, and wouldnt of made the game at the bridge a dead rubber (again!) its all ifs and buts, we have struggled recently and have had some poor results but its still in our hands, what does that say? Nobody is good enough to capitalise. Don't get me wrong Chelsea are pushing us close but they are the only team that deserve to be up there. Grant has done an excellent job because i remember everyone writing them off as soon as the "special one" walked. I also think Benitez will get it right in the prem given a couple more seasons at the most but hopefully the Americans won't give him the time I always felt Arsenal were out to prove a point to the world after Henry left and not to themselves. They have played good football and suffered a blow with Eduardo but i don't think they deserve the league when their captain especially but his teammates too behave like petulant kids when things dont go their way. Utd started to do it at the Bridge and it was a disgrace and Fergie rightly had a word. One last thing- all you conspiracy theorists, Brucey will put out his best team and i won't be in one slightest surprised if Wigan contribute to denying us the championship next Sunday. He is not little piggy you all suggest. Who won't want to get one over on the person you learned so much from? It would only be the same if Desailly, Adams or anyone else was in the same position. Roll on Sunday!! |
