The sale of fish on ebay is allowed, so long as certain requirements are adhered to.

an interesting link it is worth remebering that most imported fish will have travelled through some sort of air frieght and courier service, koi from japan
will often spend up to 48 hours in a bag inside a box with only enough water to cover thier backs but the bag will have been blown up with oxygen, a mild
sedative is sometimes added to slow them down a bit as is often some salt which cuts down the effects of any ammonia build up.
very few of these koi take any harm and if they do it is more often the smaller ones that suffer. |

I have seen baby barbel for sale in World of Fishes in East Grinstead, owned by the brother of an angling friend of mine. They seemed quite content as they
were in highly aerated water. I still agree with the addage, 'Born Wild, Swim Free.'

Not true I'm afraid they are by many worshipped and considered sacred........Thin ice my good friend, thin ice! 
My Advise to you for the next few months is to stay indoors and do not answer the door to anyone at night, you are from now on a marked man! 
I suggest a new post denouncing your evil words and apologise with much and many tears and prey to your god for forgiveness! |
