So I have to ask do you suffer from optical illusions as well ? I am sure you will love the rod , I would not sell mine for any price even if it is two different colours.

If you are brave enough, you can bend them beyond the tip to butt point!! Why they are different colours? who knows, probably a manufacturing fault! The carbon active range are all similar, have a look at the feeder rods, they are probably the same blanks but with the built in quiver tops, rather than the standard specie top, and no, mine are not for sale!! peter

Still got my old Shimano 11-13 footer and wouldn't part with it. Just goes to show that rods are a personal thing eh.. ATB
