i personally think both Paul Boote and Nicepix have posted good veiw points on the subject, myself taking Nicepix,s veiw " what do we actually see for
our cash" now i certainly aint got anything to say against our EA baliffs, in fact praise is more likely but its the governing body who we never are
able to talk with, most EA baliffs will spend a bit of time answering your questions or queries when checking your license,
just what will someone like me see for my outlay that actually benefits me personally? ok they,re restocking or stocking some rivers, the rivers i fish wont see any of this, look at the carnage of discharge on the Taff ! action taken? no they cant because its deemed legal
if this browns me off imagine what it does to a Baliff who does care but cant act!, most know
the biggest cost on most issues anywhere in government is administration! and why pay more so they can ask for a pay rise?, its the Baliffs that do the real
