as far as im concerned chaps on the subject of immigrants,we can all do our bit and keep them of our water with regular patrols but who would honestly go and
walk the river without a rod? unless you are searching for swims,but i have to say this problem is going to get worse, as the floodgates are open to the world
to exploit our local waters and vice versus, and seen as tho allot of people are coming to our country to work, there actually helping our goverment too,im not
sticking up for them, but if people are just relising whats going on now to our rivers and ponds,its been happening for years,and the goverment are cashing in
on it so the money well help put funds back into our country,all we can do is put up with whats going on or do something but i dnt think anyone will listen.
over four years of fishing ive never been asked to see a permit, or a rod licence, so maybe there is one solution to imigrants taking our fish, more baliffs to patrol our local rivers,but will it happen probably not, we just have to do our bit and ask to see licence and permits and if it turns out they dont have them phone the police, and take pictures of them so they can be identified, iwas at my local pond the other day to find handlines again with a dead carp on one of them i was fuming,but im on holiday now so i hope i bump into them over the next week.as there is four of us going 4 days next week regardless ov weather.
