Linkledger wrote: Perhaps it hasn't been reported to them? Well done, Max, you found the needle in the haystack! Steve (who took the pic) told me it would have only taken a couple of boilies in it's mouth to make it 16. Great result. |

Most odd as it is on here and been reported in the weekly angling press. Strange indeeed. |

Linkledger, the only way Cemex would have a report to put up is if Max sent one in. If he hasn't (and he's under no obligation to do so), then that
would be why. They certainly wouldn't be "sitting" on it if they had had it! Perhaps he's not logged on to their website forum? You'd
have to ask him. I know of many good fish (including 8+lb Chub and 30+lb Pike) caught from Fishers Green this season (and previous) that have never seen the
light of day on their site. Not to mention Big Barbel (from FG and elsewhere) that have not been reported on this site, but have been in the press. Nothing
strange about it at all. I'm not quite sure what you're getting at?

Thanks to everyone for your kind comments. It was just a great end to what has been a fantastic first year Barbel fishing.
I have now E Mailed Cemex to report the capture. |
