Also i have heard that it "ideally" best to fish the same reels, or is this just preference. River angler's go with the flow.

Posts: 415 Nov 7 07 5:13 PM Reply Quote More My Recent Posts	If i get a Stradic or Exage i might sell mine. And yes the spools are interchangable with the 5010. I have one of each, and i can't tell the difference. So you can go for a 5010 aswell and just rub the number off.

Did exactly that when my 4010 packed up (both 4010 and 5010 are available on e-bay, some of which are virtually brand new, but they tend to sell for almost same as a brand new 50000re so why bother). cheers Nick
