Having looked closely at both photos I don't think it's the same fish, Chech, though it does have a similar red marking. A nice fish nonetheless.

Good fish caught, nice one. Looks like the same fish, if you look where the anglers small fingers are, there is a pronounced patch of red......too much of a
coincidence? I've read some barbel travel fair distances and are quite nomadic. Did say a while back the barbs had gone on holiday to Dinsdale....perhaps
this one stayed down there.

Hi Mooks, Yeah, you're right. I haven't had much time for fishing lately and the lack of action for others who have hasn't exactly inspired me to
take time off work to go blanking. I did manage a day blanking for carp on Monday though, so at least I'm keeping up my record of catching bugger
all.

Hi all, Well back off my hols and Im iching to wet a line, as I never managed any fishing while I was away as in the wrong resort
so Im off to the local venue tommorow afternoon till after dark. I need to get
into a barb as it feels like I've been away for an eternity. Talking to Dan today about the Tees and how it's fishing. Not many big fish showing but
plenty of smaller samples comming out, so I cannot wait to get out and give it a go.

Well lads that looks like the end of this years barbelling on the Tees, the drop in nighttime temps has completely killed it.Unless we get a week of warm temps
with similar night temps you are now looking at the last week of the season for anymore fish. One of the problems of living in the North-East im afraid.
