Never realized 'till shopping in Sainsbury's to-day that they sold lightley roasted hemp seed in tins for human consumption.
Also had all sorts of other tinned seeds in the range. We live and learn  ..Kindest..Jim.. ...

Did'nt take that much notice Ian..The tin was about the size of a tin of milk powder and I think it was around £2-50..
Kindest..Jim... ..Where did you see the hemp oil?

one word of warning, anything roasted is hard for fish to digest and can be dangerous for them...j.w

Very good point John..I personally never had any intention of buying it for bait. Far too uneconomical..It's just that I was suprised to find out it was edible for humans...Kindest..Jim.

There was an article I read very recently, think it may have been in the Saturday Telegaph mag, on hemp and it's culinary uses. I'll see if I can find it.
