Hello all
Been thinking and fishing a bit of late and have wondered to myself is it worth fishing for barbel in low temps.
Personaly i think it is ,just getting out and enjoyong the day is always worth it to me,i can allways go for the chub, which i like almost as barbel, kenjiblaster , hatter and sue,and a few more have been lucky enough to get into the barbel, but is lucky the right word is it skill and a bit of luck combined ?
Can you remember the lowest temps you had barbel ?
Did you use some sort of tried and tested method ?
I know one thing is for sure.
In order to catch the barbel in low temps you will have to find them,i think that must be one of the greatest challenge,s we all have to overcome whilst barbel fishing, and im losing.
I also know for sure.
There is allways an eliment of chance in barbel fishing.
Can anybody say thay can honestly catch at low temps on a regular basis ?
