        <![CDATA[ Im sure this has been covered before, so apologies if it has.

Im looking at replacing my all in one thermal suit for a two piece suit, as i do alot of roving along the river severn i find that on the milder of winter days the all in one kills me! ive lost a stone by the time ive got back to the car .

I have looked at several on the market and am now unsure of which one would be the best.  My current one piece is a Ron Thompson and i have to say for the money has been brilliant. so this is... ]]>

			<description><![CDATA[ I find that many of the fishing suits aimed at the specimen end of the market are designed for sitting around in rather than walking around in.<br>
If you want something for stalking then you should think walking, and visit the outdoor shops, their stuff is designed for walking in. <br>
Do your homework and learn all you can on layering and then buy in the sales, (after Christmas), if you can.<br>
The rambling fraternity are as susceptible to the vagrancies of the fashion industry as the rest... ]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[ Another good bit of kit is the Snugpak softie shirt,very warm but with side and front ventilation zips you can quickly cool down when walking or otherwise exerting yerself ! Brilliant.<br>
Igloo suit is awesome for 150 quid but VERY heavy and impossible to walk anywhere in with the liner fixed . ]]></description>

Check out the olive coloured ESP hooded fleece, which IS lined. Can't remember the price, but it looked a good bit of kit.<br>
<br>
For me, the Garlands stuff has proved unbelievably warm (especially the trousers) and so has my TFG coat. I also have the Wychwood stuff (entire SPD range) any it is superb.<br>
<br>
Still, I am going to be getting some army surplus Goretex gear, as IMO, it is the very best for waterproofness, toughness and comfort.<br>

These are lovely clothing, i use the fleece instead of my normal fleece now and i wear it around college (in the middle of the countryside) and the only bit of me which gets cold is my legs and head. being 6'5&quot; I had the same problems as you finding anything to fit. Two years ago I bit the bullet and bought a made to measure specimen bib &amp; brace from Halkon Hunt. Expensive........however the quality and fit is great, keeps me warm as toast and hopefully it should last for years.<br>

			<description><![CDATA[ I too am in the market for a new winter outfit and I favour a bib &amp; brace + coat combo. My problemn is that I am 6ft 4&quot; tall, slim with long arms &amp; legs. I have tried on some wychwood gear in XL but the legs &amp; sleeves are too short. If I go for XXL there is room for one more inside as these are clearly designed for guys with XXL waistlines. Are there any other anglers out there with this problem and, more importantly, have they found a solution?<br>

If you are going to be doing a lot of bank walking then investing in good hiking gear and utilising a layer system might be better. The Sundridge gear is better suited to a more static approach.<br>
