I phoned them and asked them about why they hadn't designed them with one.

The reply was that, if they had a bottom opening, they wouldn't be able to guarentee them to be 100% waterproof! Can't remember the exact words, but that was the reason.

Sat it out in all sorts with it on ! For warmth on cold dry days try a ESP windproof/waterproof fleece, I've worn mine in the winter with just a couple of T-shirts underneath ! AND it will stand a fair bit of rain before it starts to leak a bit !
My best buy is a solid fuel handwarmer ! Stick that in a front pocket and you are sorted !

I wouldn't fish half as much as i do in the winter without my Sundridge Igloo 3. It's just brilliant and i don' think i'll ever be without one.

One of the best bits of kit i've ever bought.

One thing about this suit is the strange sizing.. I'm normally medium but had to buy a large.. If buying mail order i'd recommend `going up a size'..
