Yes I can see the icon wih the mountain in picture but when I click on it nothing happens, though I do get a a small notice in the left hand side bottom of screen that says "errors on age".

Baffled.

There's two add images buttons. The "insert images" looks like mountains in a square, the other looks like ........ errrrrr....... a camera??

Have you tried both? one inserts from images files (Yuku) the other from a photobucket account.

I can't seem to add images from my images file. When I click on the add images button at the top of the reply pages nothing happens. Any ideas?

Try this :

click on "advanced search"
enter his/her username in the "User Name" box
leave the "Keywords" box blank
click in the "All forums" box
click the "Search" button

avoid bitmaps (bmp) files ,use jpeg (still shots) or gif files (animated pictures) ,keep the picture size to about 150 X150 pixels

(and sorry if this has been done to death, but I'm in a bit of a rush and haven't had time to read through previous posts)...

since I first began posting on this site I have changed cameras a few times, each time going up the megapixel ladder so to speak. This means that most of my snaps are now too large a file size to post on the BFW gallery. Is there a quick and easy way to reduce files to below 2MB?

When I try to add a new topic it states that I do not have permission to do this.
I would like to start a new topic (an unlisted river ,Calder) which although I have researched on the site cannot find any information for many years.
These seem to be archived. I am planning on Barbel fishing on the Calder during the course of next year and would like to discuss some relevant information with any other interested parties. Please can you help.
