Saw one otter 2 seasons ago but also saw another right at the end of this season a few miles upstream of my first siting. When you see one, you always seem to
do a &#39;double take&#39; thinking to your self &#39;oh its mink so I wont say anything as everyone always seem to say you are mistaken&#39; (you fool).
However at my clubs agm it was confirmed that there had been regular sitings through the season. Whether it is a small group or just the odd one, we were

			<description><![CDATA[ I&#39;ve seen one steve, and found their footprints and spraints ( a lot ), but curiously no signs of kills on the Loddon, but plenty on the banks of a lake,
close to the Loddon. The problem is nowhere near as severe as other parts of the country, but i fear it will in time get worse.

			<description><![CDATA[ Had a superb 2 hour walk along a stretch of the Loddon yesterday evening, the river is low and pretty clear, although very difficult to see bottom along this
stretch due to depth. It looks in superb nick, or at least it will when the club do their pre-season nettle strimming and you can actually walk the path
without getting 85% nettle sting coverage to your body. I can&#39;t wait for the 16th, Boris is out there!!!!! ]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[ My point was Steve, that the EA seemed to be on Henry Streeter (Sand &amp; Ballast) Limiteds&#39; case straight away, and were only too keen to advertise the
fact that they made a succsesful prosecution, however it swings both ways doesn&#39;t it ? To my knowledge there has been no prosecution, in the case of the
Loddon spillage. You could not possibly get two more identical cases, and if it was right that Henry Streeter (Sand &amp; Ballast) Limited were prosecuted (
and i think it was ) then... ]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[ The booms were removed a few weeks ago and it looks as if we got away with it this time. I was fishing when it first appeared and had to dump the spool of
braid mainline I was using at the time due to it stinking of deisel thereafter. The line I don&#39;t mind - it was the thought of the fish and other river life
suffering that really got to me. To be fair, the EA were on the case pretty quickly and the spill was the result of a bungled effort to steal diesel from a
tank at the pumping... ]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[ I reckon it&#39;ll be ok Vernon, the Loddon spill as reported in this one as well, didn&#39;t cause any fish deaths, non reported anyway. I was still catching
chub after the spill, but i ruined a pair of fleece lined over trousers kneeling on the bank, and my line was discoloured being coated with diesel <img src="http://static.yuku.com//domainskins/bypass/img/smileys/mad.gif" alt="image"> and that was over 2 miles downstream. over a week after the spill and with booms
across the river just... ]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[ Rivers at normal level, little bit of rain wouldn&#39;t hurt just to keep it that way, carrying a little colour, and the weeds coming along nicely thank you .

			<description><![CDATA[ Steve, Didn&#39;t have my polaroids to see too well. And if they had been actually releasing milt etc. would not have tried it..........but it appeared that a
couple of fish were happy to come away from the group and pick up some bits on the inside.

I have always believed that even if they are pretty much on it and in groups they still will be happy to feed, despite what some others say. Fairly much proved
it IMO.
