I manged to get down last sunday although it wasnt worth it, took about 3 hours to start getting knocks, struck into one of them and missed it (think they were

Temp was 8oC at 12 and didnt rise at all really. Rivers down a foot since Friday and is alot slower but still needing 4oz in middle. Still nicely coloured
however it wasnt as coloured on Friday. Just looked on BBC weather and it doesnt look good Tuesday, -2 on Monday night. ]]></description>

Ive been out today, for the first time in like a month, maybe even two.

What can i say, River up 1-1.5ft but has been higher looking at the state of the banks. Temp i dont know. Flow quite strong (3oz only holding 1/4 of the way
out). Very nicely coloured.

I did manage to catch so im happy a lovely 9lb 8oz Barbus, even if it did take 3 hours to get it and nearly loosing it.
