I have read some articles ref Fiskerton and it is supposed to be pretty good, but not big fish but 5 - 7lb in abundance. Pellett did the trick. I beleive you
get the day tickets from the local Post Office...

Hope this helps and good luck!! Keep us posted on any trips you have

Started at about 3.00pm but little action at all 'til about 5.15 when the tip of my Elips rod went round. After a heavy fight in the strong current (I had
to use 5 oz lead to hold bottom although there wasn't that much extra water) it cameto the net, twice, and on the
third run the hook pulled. DOH! It looked like a possible double, too!

Fished for 5 hours on Saturday and didn't catch. Did have a bite on a big lob worm which went unnoiced.....BUGGER!!!

The wind was howling down the river so unless i had a 3 foot twitch i wouldn't of noticed a bite anyway as the rod tips were continually banging due to
wind. Loads of weed plus what looked like toilet paper (NICE!) Was only able to keep a rod in water for 20 minutes tops before weed dislodged lead. Ended up
fishing one rod as trying to keep two in the water...
