It is by far the best Flourocarbon I have used. The only down side is the 50m spools in 12 and 15lb. As I only fish small rivers this isn't a problem for me.

The strongest per diameter stuff around. Advertised as popular for the salmon in the wilds of Russia you can see why. Not bad in the wilds of Worcestershire either. The 8 1/2 lb stuff is like a normal 4lb fluoro and brilliant for delicate work. The 20lb plus stuff looks like normal 12lb fluoro.

Like others I bought it for a fly leader (in 4 and 8lb). Has coped well with hardfighting brownies up to 3lb (in 4lb) and seems good.

The one thing I find is when you tie a knot it does seem to suffer some compression ie it leaves the line curly once you tighten and that is with using plenty of lube as it is tightened. Has not to date effected performance, but does leave one a little wary for barbel use.

I got some of this free when I bought fly gear mailorder. Its a little stiff but other than that works fine.

I used 8lb BS for stocked rainbows without any breaks so far.
