Waterproof jacket and trousers recomendations?

Looking for a new jacket and trousers..
Preferably not 'real tree' or some such, but not 'Krystoff Pike Float' style
either.
Ideally want 'bib and brace' with room for fleece/thermals underneath for
winter, but cool enough for summer use.
Jacket with detachable lining would be nice too.
As cheap as poss!
Any ideas?

Does anyone have any feedback they would care to share about the 'RON THOMPSON THERMAL SPECIMEN TWO PIECE SUIT JACKET AND BIB & BRACE '?

Cheers

In summer, I'm in a light, quick-dry shirt or T-shirt and trousers (sometimes shorts) almost all of the time, only packing a lightweight fleece for the darkness, and a waterproof jacket and trousers (the latter by Wychwood, several years old, bought from a game outlet) when it looks like a real wet un.
I have a fishrite bib and brace and I have to say that it is waterproof but the jacket which came with it is very poorly designed and lets water in all over the place as well as wicking water up the lining, also the pocket openings are too small to easily slip your hands into, when I complained to the manufacturer at the Go Fishing show last year I was told, "tough...........it's the best selling suit in the country", when I pushed the fact that I was not happy I was told to sling...
