A few other companies (eg CCMoore) carry cheese powder too but at £10 a kilo, you will find it cheaper to use cheese from
the supermarket.

I bought my Rod Hutchinson rank cheese yonks ago and because I only use it in microscopic quantities (open the lid and you'll soon understand why!!!) it lasted a heck of a long time. I've nearly run out and I will soon need more. Not sure where you can buy it - but if you find a supplier, let us all know!!!

Cheesepaste recipe - 50% puff pastry mix (buy it in the supermarket), 25% Danish Blue, 25% grated cheddar. Add a touch of olive oil and flavourings of choice (Rod Hutchinson "rank cheese" is good). Mix the whole lot into a paste in the blender. Job done!

To present the cheesepaste - tie an old button to the end of your hooklink and add a size 8 hook via a knotless knot.
