			<description><![CDATA[ By this, I mean stuff other that boilies, pellets and luncheon meat. Some may even consider lobworm as alternative. I know I only usually use them as a change bait if pellet fails me.<br>
I reckon the weirdest bait I've ever fished with and caught on has been a big fat yellowy grub I found on the bank. It netted me a lively 5 pounder! ]]></description>

is it a good idea,to check out obvious worn swims that are used often,or go for ones that havent been fished,often read that walking pace water is good,but with summer low levels,this could be misleading.<br>... ]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[ Fished the Wharfe on Friday which had a welcome 8-10 inch of extra water in it and lots of colour, ideal conditions. <br>

Spent 3 hours fishing the main flow (4-5ft deep gravel run, nice flow) for nothing more than chub bites and then I saw some fish rolling in very shallow, sluggish water on the far bank. Sometimes I wonder when watching the experts on the TV hooking fish in amongst dense weed beds or snaggy swims and then dragging them onto the river bank inside a minute, is that Fair or indeed was it Fun?<br>

			<description><![CDATA[ I have been a field tester for Chris Roadknigt (Spa baits) for the past two years. I mainly target specimen carp and Chris introduced me to the the Plum &amp; Butt Ringer last summer which accounted ford several quality carp. <br>

I have used the waka throughout the winter and it has worked for me in the most extreme conditions. On a day session on the home pool at Blythe it produced 6 carp to 15lb in freezing conditions. <br>

I spent the best part of seven hours today baiting a swim enticing a group of fish from the snags onto the gravel under my rod tip. In the crystal clear water it was obvious three of them good doubles. Finally I decided it was time to carefully lower the rig the fish were in a near feeding frenzy the big girls out front. As always my heart pounded as I watched one of them inching up to the hookbait it stopped turned and inched back several times before finally it hoovered... ]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[ I'm catching quite a lot of fish just now from the Ribble. Catching a lot tends to magnify the problems and I'm losing far more than I would like. The biggest problem on the Ribble is the rocks and I'm getting the hooklength cut off fairly often.<br>

			<description><![CDATA[ Some know I am in the market for an additional rod, and although I have an idea of what I like, the price range seems enormous from £39-£200+ and I falter between paying more for a precieved benefit, and paying less for some thing that will do a job.<br>
