Hi all -- The reason l have been offline for a few days is...l acccidently uninstalled my ISP..and l didnt know why till tonight..

I have to say that in my opinion it is his best book to date so far. I just could not put it down once I got reading it. In the picture gallery there are also a couple of handsome chaps too. So if you are stuck for something to do during the close season then you could do worse than read this book. Steve will be at the Barbel Society AGM selling copies for those intrested.

For some years now I have been contemplating joining the Wasing syndicate but money has always been a bit tight. In fact I think I still have the fact sheets from about '95 or '96!

This year I have a bit of money put aside so hopefully I will finally manage it. Just wondered if anyone could give me any tips or info. I know that the Aldermaston stretch contains some big fish, but that it also gets rather busy, I sometimes fish the other bank on the RDAA permit.

Mine was quite easy.

I seem to have barbel tunnel vision meaning that I fish for them no matter what the conditions when I should be after other species.

Going to have to change that.

Altogether not bad season though. I liked the fox oval plus with the side wings on it, as it helped to keep out draughts so I was wanting a similar one. I have looked at the JRC one.Has anybody got any more suggestions?
