			<description><![CDATA[ Whilst walking round the AGM Sunday started talking to Steve and had a chat about his rod he is launching.<br>

It has been developed from the Chimera but is a twin tip. One a standard 1 3/4 top the other something a bit different. It is called a soft top. It lookks no different to the other top but it behave like a quivertip but this comes from the blank itself as it has not has anything spliced in.<br>

Interesting looking idea.<br>
