Went and fished my local Trent stretch a couple of weeks back, set up two rods not long before dark on my Korum Tripod. Used my Fox Micron&#39;s at the front
on Daiwa Twilight rods with the Quiver tip attached. I used my Shimano 6000&#39;s with baitrunner engaged. Two anglers across the water were taking the $$#% a
bit when i got twitches &amp; the microns bleeped. The quivers were really sensitive! I could see them ok in the dark, too. Are micron&#39;s &#39;over the

something I should of learnt a long time ago but I&#39;ve been lazy buying pre-tied rigs, so now armed with a packet of EPS T-6 Raptors and some 10lb nylon
I&#39;ve been trying to learn how to make a hair rig and tie the hook with a knotless knot. I&#39;ve no problem apart from the fact that the hook doesn&#39;t
hang properly and appears at an angle - what am I doing wrong?

			<description><![CDATA[ <p>Hi all,what do you consider is the best way to play barbel i.e rod tip up in the air or low to the water? I fish on the Ribble,mainly at Ribchester where it
can be quite snaggy close in due to the rocks placed as flood defences and the other day I lost 3 fish to hook pulls as I was keeping the tip high trying to
keep them out of the rocks.They weren`t the biggest fish but they all count.

			<description><![CDATA[ Could anybody give me some advice on which size of hooks go with the various sizes of pellets,or any hair rigged baits for that matter? I generally use a size
10 hook with 2 8mm pellets glued together on the hair,is this about right or should I be doing things differently. Also, how much of a gap should I be leaving
between the bait and hook.
