I want to buy lead in strips 'lead flashing' for my own feeders etc. I've had a mooch online and I end up with lead substitute that weighs next to nothing, which incidentally is how many uses it has for making feeders. I'm stuck with sourcing it now and it's frusterating . One issue that crossed my mind is what are the leagalities of fishing from a boat.

i.e on what land can you anchor on? are you still on the land if your lead is on that land?

I ask this because I remember reading somewhere that the land owner, can own upto 1/3 of the way accross the river from the bank.
